The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL)’s mission is to effectively manage the Hawaiian Home Lands Trust and to develop and deliver land to native Hawaiians. DHHL aims to partner with others to create self-sufficient and healthy communities. The DHHL also focuses on improving efficiency and effectiveness of internal operations, building partnerships, and diversifying revenue streams.
